We need the following data and files from you:

• Company name, CEO name, address, VAT ID, telephone number, e-mail.

• Product photos or vector files of the label, the material safety data sheet (MSDS).

• Brand name, product name, container size, product category, target markets.

In many cases, safety data sheets created outside the European Union do not fulfil the prescribed standards and requirements. For this reason, it is advisable to review the safety data sheet and create a new MSDS if necessary.

The question often arises as to whether a product requires a UFI code at all. If the product contains chemicals with warnings, a UFI code and a corresponding PCN registration are required. We will be happy to advise you on whether this is necessary for your project, simply contact us with the rough ingredients of your product and we will give you the right answer.

A label with hazard statements is always required as soon as CLP classified raw materials are present in the product. In addition to the UFI code, the possible hazards and hazardous substances must be listed on this label with their hazard statements.

The processing time is only 1-3 days, depending on order volume and capacity utilisation. Express delivery is always possible.

The cost of our service varies depending on the amount of work required. Creating a UFI registration for a fragrance tree with only 4 ingredients is much quicker than for complex mixtures containing over 30 ingredients.
